The company is managed exclusively by its two Principals, ensuring a high level of quality and service specific to the individual needs of each client. Thomas C. Salerno, MAI, President of the firm, is a Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute as well as a Certified General Appraiser with the State of New York. JoLyn Salerno, Vice President, is a New York State Certified Residential Appraiser.
Both Principals have over fifteen (15) years of real estate appraisal experience throughout Long Island and New York City. The firm therefore has the knowledge and qualifications necessary to appraise a vast array of property types throughout the region.
